Brynn 5 months.

In an blink of an eye, our little princess is 5 months old!

She is wearing 3 month clothes, and quickly moving into 3-6 month clothes. Recently, Brynn started sleeping through the night in her own crib! Mommy and Daddy are exstatic!!

Since there is no Doctor check-up this month - I weighed her at home and she is 15 pounds!

Her sounds and coos are growing by the day, raspberries, high pitched squeals and some giggles. She is pushing her self up on her hands during tummy time and getting pretty good and putting weight through her legs.

We had our first Valentine's Day, Grandma Edith's Memorial, Sarah & John's Engagement Party, and first trip to Disneyland for Isaac's 3rd Birthday! A busy month.

bed time.

1/14/12 slept through the night in the bassinet with swaddle
2/16/12 slept half a night in the crib, nursing around 2:30, then rest of the night in the bassinet
3/4/12 slept through the night in the crib no swaddle, using her pacifier 8-4:30
3/7/12 slept through the night in the crib no swaddle, using her pacifier then 8-6!

The Bassinet has officially been put away!!

Brynn 4 months.

Our little lady is 4 months old.

She is growing wonderfully, lifting her head fully up and sometimes pushing up onto her hands during tummy time. One day she rolled over 4 to 5 times, but hasn't done it since!

She loves to talk and squeal to anyone who is listening - especially when you make eye contact.

Had our 4 month check-up (shots and all - so many tears!). For being in the 7th pecentile at birth she is catching up nicely.

Here are her stats:

Height - 24 inches, 32nd percentile

Weight - 13 pounds 8.8 ounces, 43rd percentile

She loves looking and watching her big brother. Anytime he is in the room, she stops watch she is doing (usually sucking her fingers, or gumming her paci) and intently watches Isaac.

When Isaac was 5 months old I took photos on his belly in his room and one is on our wall at home. The timing was perfect for Brynn's belly pics in her room and I love these shots -

Miss Brynn reaches for everything with both hands when on her back and gumming ANYTHING she can get her hands on. Being the little lady she is, she is still too small for the jumper and entertainer, her arms barely able to reach out while her toes graze the floor :-) Wearing 0-3 month clothes still - not like her brother at this age (wearing 3-6 months).

Brynn has realized Kaya is here now too.

She is now sleeping 4-5 hours in the bassinet with her swaddle, nursing and back to sleep. Raspberries are her specialty this month!! All the time, any chance she gets.
